You can try doing a few rounds of the "7 Minute Workout". The app is easy to use and the workout isn't too bad.
I drink about 1-2 cups a day. Some days I don't drink any, some days I drink more than normal!

3. Suppressing who I really am in order to impress others- be yourself. If people don't like the real you, that's their problem, not yours! When you are yourself, your friends will love you for you, not for some false image you portray.

I think it varies from person to person. In my case, I am more productive when I study by myself. Still, I like studying with others because it gives us a chance to help each other!
